Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix tomatoes and garlic and pile generously on cheese.
- Sprinkle with parsley (it's no necessary to remove rind from cheese).
- Heat in oven for a few minutes until cheese is soft.
- Serve with crackers.
