- Preheat oven 350° F.
- Cut loaf French bread into bite sized cubes (no crusts)
- Mix together oil, cheese, & garlic. Toss cubes with oil mixture.
- Bake on cookie sheet until browned.
- Let cool on tray.
Notes
Makes enough for several salads and can be frozen.
