Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350° F.
  2. Cut loaf French bread into bite sized cubes (no crusts)
  3. Mix together oil, cheese, & garlic. Toss cubes with oil mixture.
  4. Bake on cookie sheet until browned.
  5. Let cool on tray.

Notes

Makes enough for several salads and can be frozen.
