Hippie Bowl
Definitely not a hippie but will happily eat this one all the time.
Hippie Bowl
Yield: 1-2
Prep time: 10 MinCook time: 5 MinTotal time: 15 Min
This bowl is a comfort when I"m low on energy and time. When we have any leftover grain - jasmine rice, quinoa, brown rice - we just reheat it (that is, stir-fry it) and add whatever is hanging around in our fridge and voilà - Hippie Bowl becomes Busy Mom bowl!
Ingredients
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large stainless-steel bowl. Top with the dressing, and using tongs, toss until well mixed and dressed.
Notes
ANTHOLOGY NOTES
I've found that there's more than enough tofu for two of us and dressing. Just double up the rest and you have a big dinner/lunch.
Tamari Dressing
