Marinated Flank Steak

An easy, overnight marinade gives this grilled flank steak the ultimate flavor!

Ingredients

• 1 Flank Steak
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 ½ tsp ground ginger
• ¾ cup salad oil
• 1 green onion, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Lay steak out flat
2. Mix marinade and marinate all day or overnight. Flip the flank!!!
3. BBQ 5 min per side - more for well done.
4. Cut on the diagonal.

Notes

We get our flank steaks at Costco and this marinade works best for one steak.
