An absolute must to top off the Hippie Bowl.
Use as a replacement protein for numerous dishes.
Spicy Tofu

Instructions
- Drain and press the tofu.
- Dice the tofu into ½ inch cubes and transfer to a large bowl.
- Combine the tamari, togarashi, and sesame oil with tofu cubes. Transfer to a zipolcok bag or airtight container and refrigerate minimum of 2 hours.
- pat the tofu cubes dry with paper towel, then heat the avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the tofu cubes, stirring regularly, until browned on all sides, 4 to 5 minutes.
Notes
The tofu cubes will keep refrigerated, in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
