Cold Version
  1. Whisk together the turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup together in your mug.
  2. Whisk in milk and served chilled or over ice.
Hot Version
  1. Whisk together the turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup together in a saucepan.
  2. Add milk to saucepan and combine together. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for about 10 minutes to let the flavours meld together.

Notes

You may want to play with the measurements of spices. This is fit my Le Creuset mugs.

Ground ginger also can make a nice addition.
