- In a stand mixer fitter with a paddle attachment, beat the butter until very fluffy and pale yellow.
- Turn the mixer speed to low and add the icing sugar. Continue to beat until well combined, Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add the milk, vanilla and vanilla seeds. Beat again. Turn the mixer speed to high and continue to beat until the icing is light and fluffy, approximately 10 minutes.
