So many carrot cakes to choose from, but every family has their favourite so who am I to make the choice for you???1 ½ cups
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Icing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease a 9" x 11" GLASS pan.
- Combine oil, eggs, sugar and mix well.
- Add carrots, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Let cake cool completely for icing.
Notes
Adding walnuts can give it some extra texture if you so wish.
Want to be fancy? Make two and layer it or add some pumpkin seeds or walnuts on the top.
