When I dream about my favourite splurge-worthy smoothies, I dream about this peanut butter, cinnamon and date smoothie. Bursting with creamy peanut butter and almond milk, it's naturally sweetened with dates, making this a smoothie you can feel good about guzzling down.Although this drink already boasts more than 8g of protein, you can easily add another scoop of vanilla protein powder to bring it up to almost 20g of protein for a great post-workout recovery drink.

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.*

Notes

Anthology notes:

Blend the dates with everything else first then add the ice otherwise I find I'm left with big bits of dates.

I'm partial to oat milk instead of almond milk.
