Chicken Diable is a vintage dinner recipe from the 1960s. With honey, mustard, butter and curry powder, this version is so easy to make and packs a punch of flavour.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse chicken pieces, pat them dry and remove skin if you wish.
  3. Melt the butter in the bottom of 13x9 pan.
  4. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides then arrange meaty side up in a single layer in same pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
