  1. In a stand mixer fitter with a paddle attachment, beat the butter until very fluffy and pale yellow.
  2. Turn the mixer speed to low and add the icing sugar. Continue to beat until well combined, Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  3. Add the milk, vanilla and vanilla seeds. Beat again. Turn the mixer speed to high and continue to beat until the icing is light and fluffy, approximately 10 minutes.
